Step 1: Comprehensive Medical Assessment and Consultation
Pamela Lazakis RN will consult with each patient personally to deem candidacy for treatment by conducting a through health history. At that time she will answer any questions the client has regarding pre/ post treatment as well as what to expect during the treatment. Once candidacy is achieved Dr. Randi Stern, the medical director at GSM MedSpa, personally assesses each patient through a detailed skin and health history. An informed consent is then obtained.
Step 2: Individualized Treatment Program
Our medical staff will design an individualized GSM Wrinkles, Fine Lines and Furrow Program for each patient that might include some, all or combination of the following:
● GSM Soft Lift Treatment.
● GSM Dermal Fillers Treatment.
● GSM Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatment.
● GSM Cosmetic Injection Treatment.
● GSM Injectable Filler and Cosmetic Injection Treatment.

Step 3: Results
Up to 95% of fine lines, wrinkles and furrows can be improved but results vary from patient to patient. There is also an improvement in overall skin texture and tone and a more rested appearance.
