Pamela Lazakis, RN, is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Practitioner of GSM MedSpa. A registered nurse since 1993, she brings over three decades of medical experience to aesthetic medicine.
Her clinical career began in neuroscience at Toronto Western Hospital, where she worked alongside leading physicians and contributed to the development of the internationally recognized CODE Stroke protocol. She later transitioned into plastic surgery nursing at the same institution—an experience that laid the foundation for her expertise in medical aesthetics.
Since 2010, Pamela has developed a developed a reputation for delivering refined, natural-looking results through a philosophy rooted in preservation and balance. As an experienced medical aesthetics nurse, she approaches the face with both scientific precision and an artistic understanding of harmony and proportion.
Pamela is known for her education-first consultations and personalized treatment planning. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, providing clear guidance and honest recommendations so patients can make informed decisions about their care.
In addition to treating patients, Pamela is also committed to advancing the industry. Working with pharmaceutical companies, she trains other medical professionals in advanced dermal filler techniques and responsible aesthetic practices.

Dr. Rob Coutts, MD, FCFP, serves as the Medical Director of GSM MedSpa, bringing more than three decades of medical experience to the clinic. A graduate of the University of Ottawa and a certified Family Physician, Dr. Coutts provides expert medical oversight for all treatments performed at GSM MedSpa.
As Medical Director, Dr. Coutts ensures every procedure follows strict medical standards, evidence-based practices, and regulatory guidelines. His leadership helps maintain the highest levels of patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical care within our medical aesthetics clinic.
For treatments that require physician oversight, patients are seen by Dr. Coutts for a comprehensive consultation. This includes a detailed medical review and assessment to ensure the safest and most appropriate treatment plan.
Dr. Coutts also provides ongoing medical oversight throughout the patient journey, working closely with the team to support treatment protocols and ensure every result is achieved safely and responsibly.
